This glamorous gown is the Kenneth Pool Minuet, from the Fall 2007 Collection. It was designed by Project Runway Alum, Austin Scarlett. The color is Lilac Mist, which is a lovely oyster gray in person. It’s a silk faced satin strapless ballgown with a low dropped waist and scalloped neckline. Delicate heirloom beading adorns the bodice and scalloped train. It has glove button detail down the back. It’s just simply gorgeous.

It was originally made for someone quite tall. My cousin, who is 5’10”, is wearing 4” heels in these pictures. Also, the zipper is not all the way up, because she is bigger on top than the dress can accommodate. The gown's measurements are B 29" W 26" H 37". The dress is in lovely condition with the exception of a few things. There is dirt on the hem, a couple of pink stains (which are hidden when the dress is on), a pen mark, there’s an inner zipper which will need to be replaced, and at some point someone tore a small hole at the bottom of the hem on the right side (it was sewn back together). All of these things should be easily remedied with a good professional cleaning and some alterations. If you’re not over 6’ then the hole in the hem will be completely gone when the dress is properly hemmed. All the beading and embroidery is perfect.

This dress originally sold for $7100. I’m asking $750 for it. I really hope another bride will get much joy from wearing this fabulous gown!

Please feel free to email me with any questions! I have more photos of the beading detail if you want them and pics of the aforementioned owies too. Just let me know!

Thanks for looking!
Neckline: Strapless Silhouette: Dropped Waist Height With Heels: 6'4"
