This is a stunning, high quality navy blue, button up Theory dress. Purchased from Bloomingdales. It's an extremely flattering cut with the pleat in the back. Looks great with tights or even over skinny pants if you want to wear it to the office. I particularly like it over white skinny jeans for the summer. It's not obvious in the photos, but the buttons are also navy.
