Sz 42 NWT initially priced at $278 See by Chloe made in Italy miniskirt with large front pleats and side zipper. The waist is 15" (x 2), I guess it's supposed to sit lower towards the hips). The fabric is 97% polyester 3% elastine, with lining #1 being 100 cotton and lining #2 being 100% viscose (whatever this means, there is just one lining on the skirt!).
