  • How will my item be shipped?

    Shipping methods vary from item to item, because shipping is determined by the individual seller who created the listing. Before each item is purchased, Tradesy sellers pre select one of three shipping methods they'll use to send to the buyer. The majority of sellers choose to ship using a printable label or a Tradesy Shipping Kit that is sent to them. In these cases, the package is sent via USPS Priority Mail. But some sellers select to ship on their own, using the shipping carrier of their choice. Keep in mind that will send you an alert once tracking is available with all of the details - which you'll also be able to check from your Purchases page.

  • When will my item arrive?

    Shipping times vary from item to item, because shipping is determined by the individual seller who created the listing. Before each item is purchased, Tradesy sellers pre select one of three shipping methods they'll use to send to the buyer. The majority of sellers choose to package the item using their own materials and then print a USPS Priority shipping label directly from their Tradesy account. But some sellers use Tradesy shipping kits to mail your item, so in those cases they'll wait to receive the packing materials in the mail first, before shipping your item (which also will be by USPS Priority Mail). Still other sellers select to ship on their own, using the shipping carrier and speed of their choice. Keep in mind that Tradesy sellers don't get paid until after the item is delivered to you - so typically orders ship promptly!' Plus, Tradesy will send you an alert once tracking is available, which you'll also be able to check from your Purchases page.

  • How can I track my item?

    Tradesy will email you all order updates, from confirming your order has been placed to when the seller has your tracking number ready. You'll also be able to check your order status directly from your Purchases page when you log in to Tradesy. After 10 days from the date you purchased, if you still have no tracking update there, you may contact Tradesy to cancel for a full refund.
