    At Tradesy, we believe in making returns effortless - for both buyers and sellers. We take all returns so that sellers don't have to. Instead, buyers send returns to Tradesy. We then perform an expert evaluation of every returned item to ensure it'€™s been handled with care and ship the item back to the seller. All returned items are shipped safely back to the seller at no cost.

  • Can I return my item to be authenticated?

    Tradesy uses advanced technology to automatically detect and remove any replica items listed on our site, with 99.7% accuracy. But if you've made a purchase and don't feel confident about the item's authenticity, let us know right away. We'll cover postage for you to send the item to Tradesy Headquarters where our team of experts will inspect it. If you'd prefer to have it back, simply share this request before you ship to us - and if the item is authentic, we can return your purchase to you.

  • Do you offer expedited shipping?

    We do not offer expedited shipping. On Tradesy, items are mailed to you from individual sellers, who have pre-selected one of three shipping methods for each item they post for sale. The cost of their shipping method is added to the listing, so you'll always see "Shipping Included" for each item. This means there's not a way for buyers to change the shipping method or shipping cost at check out. But if you need an item ASAP, you can always send a message to the individual seller before you place the order. This way, you can check if they can ship right away - and if they can help, they'll be able to raise the price for you to cover their additional shipping fee.
