Sellers have 10 days from the date the buyer purchased to provide live tracking on the package, though most sellers ship more quickly than this. If you don't see an update on your Purchases page after this time, please contact Tradesy. Alternately, if the seller did ship, but the tracking has stalled or otherwise has unusual activity, read on for more help.
First check order status and tracking online
If you haven't received your item or any updates yet, you can also double check your order status and shipping details directly from your Purchases page:
- On a browser: Click here.
- On the iOS app: Select Me on the bottom toolbar and then Purchases from the menu.
- On the Android app: Select the "Me" icon in the top right corner and then Purchases from the menu.
Sellers must confirm your order within 3 days, or it will be automatically canceled and you will be refunded. As long as the order has been confirmed, the seller should ship to you within 10 days from when you purchased.

No tracking at all
Tradesy sellers aren't paid for the sale until after the package is delivered to you, so usually they're quick to ship. But if it's been over 10 days with no news, you can reach out to the seller for an update from your Purchases page. Or you may contact Tradesy to cancel your order and be fully refunded.
Delayed or unusual USPS tracking
To mail their items, most sellers use Tradesy Shipping Kits or Tradesy labels, which are USPS Priority Mail and require signature on delivery for items over $500.
If it's been more than 3 business days since the last tracking update and you still don't have your item, please contact Tradesy. We can file a missing package claim with USPS to attempt to locate and redirect your package.
Delayed packages sent via other shipping carriers
If your seller shipped using a carrier other than USPS, please go to that carrier's website to inquire about starting a shipping claim. They usually require either the sender or the recipient to initiate the claim. Please then let Tradesy know when you receive a claim update.
All claims must be filed within 30 days of the missing or delayed package. After this time frame, no claims or refunds can be issued.
