Return Policy
Tradesy processes returns to make things easy for sellers. When you sell an item and a buyer returns it, the item will be sent to Tradesy for evaluation and inspection. Tradesy covers all of the costs of return shipping and handling, and customer service for your buyer.
Once Tradesy has evaluated a returned item, we will then ship the item back to you at no charge. You will not get the earnings for that sale, but you can definitely re-list the item on Tradesy and sell it to another buyer.
Please see our Return Policy for Sellers https://www.tradesy.com/returns for more details.
Please note that any items you sell that are priced under $50 will be marked as “Final Sale”.
Seller earnings
Tradesy may hold your earnings from a sale for up to 21 days after your item has been delivered, regardless of whether or not the purchase has been returned. Learn more about getting paid here.
