To update your email address and other personal information, head to your settings. Read on for more navigational help for web, iOS, and Android.


Change your email or password

The email and password combination you use for Tradesy is private and never shared with anyone. If you'd like to change these details at any time, you can log in to Tradesy and head to your settings:

  • On a browser: Click here.
  • On the iOS app: Select "Me" on the bottom toolbar and then Closet Settings from the menu.
  • On the Android app: Select the "Me" icon at the top right corner and then Closet Settings from the menu.

On mobile, be sure to scroll to the bottom to view and edit your info. Don't forget to click Save or Submit when you're done!


Edit your profile

From your Closet Settings page, you can also edit your profile and closet - which is helpful for selling on Tradesy. Here, you can create a username and share a bit more about yourself. On a browser (not yet on the app) you can also add a cover image.

Note, these details will be seen by the rest of Tradesy on your public Tradesy closet, so you can choose a unique store name or alias if you'd prefer not to use your full name. You can always edit your Display Name at any time.
