When will I receive my order? Last updated Feb 25, 2021

Shipping times can vary. Before a purchase is made, sellers pre-select one of three shipping methods. The majority of Tradesy sellers choose to package your item using their own materials and then print a prepaid shipping label directly from their account. Sellers using the prepaid label option can choose to ship with either USPS or FedEx, so if you have a preference, you can always message the seller to see if they can ship using your preferred carrier. Some sellers request to use Tradesy shipping kits to ship your item, so in those cases, they'll wait to receive the packing materials in the mail first, before shipping your item with USPS Priority Mail. Still, other sellers select to ship on their own, using the shipping carrier and speed of their choice. Keep in mind that sellers are not paid for their sales until after the item is delivered to you, so typically Tradesy sellers ship promptly - and we'll send you an alert once tracking is available.


Four Days After Your Order Is Placed

We give sellers 4 days from the date the buyer has purchased to confirm they have the item to ship. During this time, we send them 4 reminders not to forget to confirm and lose the sale. But if the seller does not confirm within this window, the order will automatically be canceled and you'll be refunded in full.


Ten Days After Your Order Is Placed

As long as the order has been confirmed, sellers should ship within 10 days of the day you purchased. As soon as the mail carrier scans the package, Tradesy will send you a shipping alert. You'll also find the tracking info on your Purchases page so you can follow its progress online.

If you haven't received an update in 10 days, you may contact Tradesy to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
