The $72,900 Wedding Dress

This dress by French couture bridal designer Anne Valerie Hash can be yours for just under $73,000. Shipping and import fees are included. Which makes it practically a steal. <!–more–>

Designer Anne Valerie Hash worked for Nina Ricci, Chloé, and Chanel, and then launched her own bridal line in 1995. While she no longer does exclusively bridalwear, this special limited edition gown is a reproduction of her very own wedding dress. Below, a few Anne Valerie Hash designs from seasons past:

I love the dress pictured above, granny panties and all.

Anne Valerie Hash’s designs are plenty sophisticated. But when I think of outrageously expensive bridalwear, what comes to mind is something like this extraordinary gown from Elie Saab’s 2010 couture collection.

What do you think? Is the $72,900 dress worth it?
