**A Grand Discount Is Available!!---Click on my Name directly above ("Listed By Roxanne...") to read about my Multi-Sale Discount Offer in my Closet Profile** This rare and unique Jacquard of woven silver threads features a stunning Wave Pattern. A soft, yet structured fabric, it's perfect for any style of wear for the head, neck and body. ***** In 1801, Joseph Marie Jacquard demonstrated his mechanical loom which greatly simplified the manufacturing of complex textiles such as Brocade, Damask and Matelasse. His loom, based on earlier versions by Basile Bouchon (1725), Jean Baptiste Falcon (1728) and Jacques Vaucanson (1740), was controlled by a series of punched cards, strung together in a continuous sequence. Multiple rows of holes were punched on each card, with one complete card corresponding to one row of the design, which allowed sequences of any length to be constructed.
