This dress was never altered except for the addition of a bustle. It is in great shape, clean and ready to be worn again. 
I will warn, it is HEAVY. I would not wear this on a hot summer day.
It currently retails for $600 at David's Bridal stores, although it looks like it will be discontinued; it cost $800 originally.
I'm also throwing in the tiara, slip/petticoat, and the veil I wore with it. It is handmade, edged with a very sheer ivory lace and with small sequins and crystals. The veil has a tiny tear that can easily be covered by adding a sequin or something similar.
