Description: I wore this dress for approximately 6 hours.  There are no stains or rips!  The dress has been professionally cleaned and is in absolute perfect condition. (I can provide a copy of the cleaning receipt if requested). 
ONLY LENGTH AND BUSTLE ALTERATIONS!!!
Alterations:  length shortened w/ train hoop.  I am 5'6" and wore 1.5" heels.  Discreet color coded ribbons were added to bustle the train.  The ribbons cannot be seen with or without bustle.  NO OTHER ALTERATIONS!!! 
I have had the dress cleaned by a licensed professional (can show receipt if requested).  There are no stains and rips anywhere on the dress.  It is in perfect condition.
