There is nothing wrong with it - NO rips, or stains or anything. In perferct condition. Stored in a NON-smoking house, in garmet bag, NO cats. 
- Two button jacket has satin collar and trim, and four buttons on sleeve/cuffs- Jacket inside has three pockets, one of which buttons closed- Body width is lean, arms are slightly narrow.- The pant is cut slim with a lower rise and a classic satin trim down the side.
Jacket size - 38 short , arms are 14.5 inches (with 1 inch let-out available)
Pant size - 34 waist (no let-out), 27 inch inseam (with 2 inch let-out available) 
** I had the tailor at Renaissance Ann Arbor take these measurements exactly, so you can be reassured they are accurate. 
You can take in the jacket and the pants, as well as let out the items as indicated above by the inches available. Any tailor can do this for you. 
Purchased from Renaissance in downtown Ann Arbor. Comes with the garment bag and hanger.
