All gowns are shipped Adult Signature Required. (Please be sure to make arrangements to be available to accept delivery of your gown.) Gowns returned to us due to failure to deliver, will be charged the original freight amount, return freight to us, a $10 handling fee, plus additional freight if reshipped to you.

If you receive your wedding or formal gown and it does not fit or there is anything you do not like about it, simply contact us and get a Return Authorization Number within four days of receiving your gown.
As long as the dress is in the same "like new" condition you received it in, we will be happy to give you a refund on your purchase, or exchange it for a different size, style or color.

A Return Authorization Number must be requested and gowns must be in transit back to us within 4 days of receipt of the original order. Tracking number of the return must also be given within the four day return period. Returns sent without an RA or outside of the 4 day return period will be returned to sender and no refund will be given.
Gowns must be returned in Original Condition with all tags attached and any accessories (detachable straps, shawls, etc.) included.
Freight charges, special custom cut and rush charges are non refundable.
There is NO restocking fee for returned gowns
We reserve the right to refuse merchandise returned showing evidence of wear. Any merchandise returned not in original condition will be sent back to the purchaser C.O.D. Returned merchandise must be in transit back to us within 4 days of receipt of your original order. Merchandise shipped to us after the 4-day period or without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. No replacement dresses or refund will be shipped or given until original dress is received and inspected.
