So my husband and I have been married 8 years and about 2 years ago we were in a real rough patch and considering getting divorced. We decided to work really hard at it, got marriage counseling and are happy, have a new baby and are back in love. He recently confessed to cheating on me during this time and I thought I could put it past me. Even though I know where we are at now he never would, I am not sure I can get over this?

I am in a really awful situation and could use some help. My fiance and I are both fairly religious and decided to wait until we were married to have sex. I know that is not very typical anymore, but it was really right for us and fit with our core religious values. We met senior year of college and have been together for 5 years. We are )so I thought) both virgins. Last week he confessed (tearfully) that he has been having sex with this other woman about one time a month for the past year. He swears he loves only me, but was scared that if he didn’t have some experience aside from me he would always regret that and wonder. He said he would never do this again, but wanted to get more experience so he wouldn’t always wonder and risk cheating when he was older.
Should I marry him or cut it off?!

Wow! I found out about 2 weeks ago that my fiancé – the man I thought was the love of my life is actually married- with two kids. He always said he wanted to wait until we were married to live together so it would be more special…which I naively interpreted as romantic. And – well he “traveled a lot for business”. Anyway long story short I found out he has a wife and two little kids. I of course cut him out of my life. But do I contact and tell his wife? I have no need to protect him but he has 2 kids…..one is 3 and the other 5. I don’t want to ruin their lives by tearing apart their family. What would you do?

Q: I am really not sure what to do?! I am getting married next week. My husband’s best friend since they were 5 is the best man. He is a great guy and so is my husband to be. The horrible thing is I slept with his best friend but before we were engaged. It was when I was dating my husband (3 years ago), but we weren’t living together yet. I got really drunk at a party one night (my husband to be) was away, and his best friend came over and it just happened. We did it 3 times over the next month and promised we would keep this a secret. We never told anyone. We agreed we had to stop for obvious reasons. It was just a fun thing and didn’t mean a thing. My husband means the world to me. His friend also means the world to him. I don’t want to lose him and I don’t want him to lose his friend. Do I have to tell?
